This is a dance club and also an American sports bar.

Legends is right next door to Third Base Downtown. Infact if you want to see a PIC just go to thirdbase profile and you can see part of Legends in the PIC. The storefront is large and has many signs, well lit. Only part is I don't know how they pay rent for such a large bar, not too many people when I went there last time.

We're new to Cedar Rapids and just checked out this DOWNTOWN CLUB the atmosphere was very urban and street wise. We were told it was a upscale ultra lounge or martini bar, but it was not. Our visit was seriously marred however when I tried to get some drinks poor service, the man at the end of the bar is my guess the owner, he appologized then became billigerent and very loud. I'm the type of person to walk away rather then fight the owner, the rumor was that he used to be a LEGEND in the NBA, can't verify. He looked very tall. Well I ordered two drinks for my wife and that was it. The bartender was a heavyset lady who told us that he is drunk and that he is a NBA star. Did not disclose what team he play on, but I don't follow NBA and only know of one LEGEND called Michael Jordan 23.

poor crowd, dark dingy, and poor service, more like a dirty dive. Did see the man at the end of the bar, he was very intoxicated and drunk but could NOT verify if it was the owner. Heard from many people he is the owner.

The owner is allways intoxicated at the end of the bar. Not the place for any people wanting a nice clean bar atmosphere.

NO SERVICE --- It is just a place for the owner and his buddies. Not for the rest of the community
